Woodward is seeking an Engineering Leader to guide teams responsible for electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications. The role focuses on leading high-performing groups across design, development, and production in a New Product Introduction environment.

Based at the Woodward Niles facility with on-site work and occasional travel (<20%) to other Woodward locations and customer sites. Requires 4-year BS and 10+ years in management and engineering.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management and engineering experience.
