You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Design, Product Engineering, Aero Electronics, and other groups, drive design standards, manage budgets, and mentor staff. On-site with occasional travel to other Woodward locations.

Qualifications

• 4 year BS and 10+ years experience in management and engineering.
• Engineering leadership experience in electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and NPI environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product development velocity.
• Go and See leadership: engage with teams on the shop floor.
• Coach and mentor staff and manage performance.
• Develop and maintain design standards for quality and compliance.
