Job summary

Woodward FST is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive the development of electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications. You will lead on-site teams, collaborate across Technology/Platform Development, Design & Drafting, Product Engineering, and Aero Electronics, and advance robust design practices in a fast-paced NPI environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and budget management, with travel to other Woodward sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in electromechanical actuation for aerospace.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive growth and innovation.
• Deep knowledge of design, development, and production of electromechanical products, including requirements management and analysis.
