Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking an engineering leader to drive the development of electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, improve design standards, and mentor staff in a fast-paced NPI environment.

The role requires on-site work at the Woodward Niles facility with occasional travel (<20%) to other Woodward locations and customer sites. A strong background in product life cycle management and strategic thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 year BS and 10+ years equivalent experience in Management and Engineering.
• Willingness to work on-site at Woodward Niles facility with travel <20%.
• Experience leading electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications.

Responsibilities
