Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Leader to direct electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace applications. You will lead high-performing teams and shape product development in a demanding NPI environment.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Technology/Platform Development, Design & Drafting, Product Engineering, and Aero Electronics, while ensuring robust design and continuous improvement. On-site work at the Woodward facility with travel <20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year BS in engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams in aerospace or electromechanical actuation domains.
• Experience with NPI development and design for manufacturability.
