Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, critical infrastructure, or similarly complex environments.
• 5+ years of people-management experience leading engineers and managers.
• Experience owning large-scale electrical infrastructure and capital programs across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems and protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the North America Electrical Infrastructure Engineering organization including engineers and managers.
• Own regional strategy for electrical reliability, lifecycle, and infrastructure modernization.
• Oversee large-scale capital and retrofit programs from strategy to commissioning.
• Lead maintenance strategies, asset condition assessment, and end-of-life planning.
• Provide governance for power system studies, monitoring, and analytics.
• Set engineering standards and commissioning requirements for new and existing facilities.
• Build scalable data-driven mechanisms to identify systemic risks and drive interventions.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, contractors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance to execute programs at scale.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing technical leaders; ensure accountability.
• Represent North America Electrical Engineering to senior leadership with clear risk-based recommendations.
