Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, critical infrastructure, industrial power systems, or similarly complex environments.
• 5+ years of people-management experience, including leading senior engineers or managers.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing technical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the North America Electrical Infrastructure Engineering organization across a large facility portfolio.
• Own regional strategy for electrical reliability, asset lifecycle, and infrastructure modernization.
• Manage large-scale capital and retrofit programs from strategy to commissioning and performance validation.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, asset condition assessment, and end-of-life planning for critical systems.
• Provide governance for power system studies, protection, and analytics.
• Establish electrical engineering standards and commissioning requirements.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and contractors; manage vendor performance.
