Job summary

Edible Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce to lead digital experience, merchandising, and performance across our online channels. You will manage a cross-functional team and drive initiatives for homepage, PLPs, and campaigns.

Based at our Sandy Springs, GA corporate office, you will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Tech to optimize conversion, personalization, and SEO while ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate change agility.
• Office and reporting systems savvy (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site and app content strategy end-to-end from concept through execution and performance review.
• Lead online merchandising strategy including product categorization, search strategy, and product content.
• Develop and drive strategies to grow volume, engagement, and profitability across categories.
• Manage the site testing, personalization, and A/B experimentation roadmap and translate results into recommendations.
• Analyze category, customer, and shopping behavior to surface insights for strategy and decisions.
• Partner with teams to implement SEO and discoverability for organic performance.
• Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, merchandising, and operations for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Coordinate category-specific initiatives to drive revenue and goals.
• Plan and lead promotional launches with timely go-live across teams.
• Take full project ownership from concept to completion.
• Be a category expert and go-to person for cross-functional partners.
