Job summary

Edible Brands, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Director of Customer & Digital Analytics to drive analytics strategy for marketing, personalization, and customer experience across our brands.

You will own data tools and insights (Adobe Analytics, GA4, Segment, Qualtrics, Dynamic Yield) and partner with leaders to maximize revenue, loyalty, and growth. Onsite role with a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer or digital analytics
• Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record delivering actionable insights and measurable marketing impact
• Experience owning a Customer Data Platform (Segment preferred)
• Experience designing voice of customer programs (Qualtrics or similar)
• Deep expertise in media mix modeling and lifecycle analytics
• Strong background in segmentation, LTV, and personalization
• Experience in ecommerce/retail consumer brands

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy across marketing, personalization, and customer experience.
• Lead MMM, attribution, segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.
• Build executive dashboards and real-time visibility for leadership.
• Own Segment, Qualtrics, Dynamic Yield, and Adobe Analytics implementations.
• Collaborate with CRM, paid media, and eCommerce teams to enable targeted communications.
• Lead and develop the analytics team and governance practices.
• Translate data into clear, actionable business decisions.
