Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Early Career Recruiting to lead the U.S. early career strategy, building scalable talent pipelines for interns, campus hires, and new graduate rotations.

You will oversee a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders, and drive innovative sourcing across engineering, technical, business, and operations functions. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition including university recruiting or early career.
• 5+ years in people management and leading recruiting teams.
• Experience building and executing early career recruiting strategies across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of early career recruiters for internships, campus full-time hires, and new graduate programs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive US early career recruiting strategy aligned with workforce plans.
• Establish annual recruiting plans, goals, and university engagement priorities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team with clear performance standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and university relations to align recruiting with strategy.
• Oversee campus recruiting activities and partner with employer branding to attract talent.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs and continuously improve processes and candidate experiences.
