Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager of Early Career Recruiting to shape and scale our U.S. early career hiring strategy, building pipelines for interns, campus hires, and new graduate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with campus/early career focus.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams and managing programs.
• Experience in university recruiting, campus relations, and program expansion.
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of early career recruiters across internships, campus hires, and new graduates.
• Develop a comprehensive US early career recruiting strategy aligned with workforce plans.
• Establish annual recruiting plans, goals, and university engagement priorities.
• Coach and grow the team with clear performance standards.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and university relations to translate needs into strategy.
• Oversee campus recruiting events and partnerships to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate on employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs: pipeline health, time-to-fill, and ROI of programs.
• Utilize analytics to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and impact.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and event investments for programs.
