Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior DPS Operations Leader to drive critical initiatives, oversee a team of operations associates, and ensure steady state delivery across DPS products. You will establish KPIs, partner with cross-functional teams, and build staffing models for continuous improvement.

The role requires 7–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% if not in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of operational support associates for DPS products and services.
Establish success metrics and KPIs; hold team to performance expectations.
Develop and document critical processes and staffing models for steady state delivery.
Coordinate with Product, Operations and Client Success to align roadmaps and initiatives.
Monitor operating metrics and partner with Analytics for insights.
Ensure timely escalation and on-call coverage for provider issues.
Promote a high-performing, ethical culture with strong stakeholder relationships.
