Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 10+ years management experience in high-volume, multi-site distribution centers, including recruiting and motivating large teams.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
