Regional Sales Manager - Mobile Deployment, Eastern Territory

Job Overview

Reporting to the Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and retaining revenue-generating opportunities through strategic and tactical sales of all product and service lines. This position is remote and involves managing sales activities within the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for all Industrial Mobile Rental Sales activities within your territory.
• Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and cultivate strategic partner relationships.
• Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing the opportunity/sales funnel via our CRM system; meet or exceed growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years in managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water Markets, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospect to close in channel-based and direct sales structures.
• Ability to travel up to 70% within the Eastern U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Eastern US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $115,000 - $125,000 USD annually, plus commission. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k). Details about remote work arrangements will be provided during the interview process.
