Regional Sales Manager - Mobile Deployment, Eastern Territory

Overview

Reporting to the Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and retaining revenue-generating opportunities through strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. This position is remote and part of the Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Aria Filtra to prospective customers for all Industrial Mobile Rental Sales activities within your territory.
  • Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and cultivate strategic partner relationships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by managing the opportunity/sales funnel via Trojan Technologies' CRM, meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related science preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in direct/channel sales or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water, including water treatment solutions.
  • Proven success negotiating and closing contracts over $1m in premium-priced products.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close in channel-based and direct sales structures.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the Eastern US.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in the Eastern US, within an hour of a major airport.
  • Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.
Additional Information

Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 USD/year plus commission. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible hours, training, and career development.
