Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing in a complex environment.
• Experience interacting with business partners, managing expectations in a global org.
• Hands-on data governance and SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA) in MM/PP/MRP/SD/EDI.
• Strong analytical ability and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional innovation projects across GPSC related to project master data.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners on innovation initiatives aligned with GPSC strategy.
• Apply critical thinking to explore solutions and recommend effective approaches.
• Foster a culture of innovation and share best practices across the organization.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor roadmap progress and data quality.
• Drive change management and training for end‑users at plants, regional offices, and global GPSC.
