Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks a Manager—Global Supply Chain Systems to drive the digital transformation of our ERP landscape, with emphasis on SAP S/4HANA. You will align global supply chain processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and establish governance for master data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain with 4+ years in systems roles (SAP S/4HANA).
• Evidence of leading global ERP implementations or optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience driving change and adoption across global user communities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
• CSCP/CPIM/PMP or SAP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global functional lead for supply chain systems (SAP S/4HANA).
• Align system capabilities with business objectives across planning, procurement, production, supplier quality, and logistics.
• Drive end-to-end systems strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead global digital transformation initiatives impacting supply chain.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA program design, testing, deployment across MM, PP, IBP/APO.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SAP integration.
• Design and execute change management plans across levels.
• Lead training, documentation, and communication for adoption.
• Develop global master data standards and governance.
• Partner with BI owners to enhance reporting/dashboards from SAP and others.
• Ensure global KPIs defined and supported through configurations and reporting.
• Act as liaison between supply chain and IT teams.
