Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union seeks a Manager of Digital Product to lead the digital product team across mobile and online banking, digital account opening, and omnichannel experiences. You will guide product discovery, prioritization, and release management, partnering with IT, operations and marketing to improve member experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in digital banking or product management, strong leadership, and experience with major banking vendors and Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of digital banking support, bank systems administrator or product management.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role or similar leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in product management for digital banking products.
• Experience with Banking vendors including Alkami, Fiserv, Vertifi and Jack Henry/Symitar EASE.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian products).
• Experience releasing member-facing software at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the digital product team including product managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations to align digital initiatives with goals.
• Oversee product lifecycle from discovery to release and adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance and issue resolution.
• Communicate features and changes across the organization.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve member experiences and digital channels.
