Job summary

Qnity seeks a Senior Manager to oversee the enterprise Digital Technology portfolio, vendor ecosystem, and governance, enabling informed technology investments and optimized supplier relationships.

You will lead portfolio governance, contract oversight, and vendor performance programs, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Tech leaders to drive strategic outcomes. A data-driven operating model will guide investment decisions and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across technology portfolio management, PMO leadership, program management, vendor management, contract management, or technology governance, including 5+ years of people leadership.
• Proven experience managing significant capital and operating technology portfolios.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic supplier relationships, contract governance, and vendor performance programs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, business cases, and technology investments.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and driving difficult decisions through data and business insight.
• Experience leading teams and building organizational capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance of enterprise technology initiatives.
• Maintain a consolidated view of technology investments, including scope, budget, timelines, business value, risks, and resource demand.
• Facilitate senior leadership portfolio reviews and guide stage‑gate decisions on investments.
• Measure and report realized business benefits from approved initiatives.
• Oversee the Digital Technology contract portfolio, including commitments, renewals, consumption, obligations, and risk.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Technology leaders to drive sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Connect technology demand, vendor spend, and contract utilization to align investments with priorities.
• Identify risks before they affect performance or budget.
• Establish and lead a comprehensive vendor performance management program.
• Develop scorecards, KPIs, service reviews, escalation processes, and leadership reporting.
• Chair monthly/quarterly business reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead operational performance reviews with actionable visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure actions are tracked through completion and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver concise recommendations to senior leaders based on financial, operational, contractual data.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, business cases, capital planning, and budgets.
• Strengthen governance disciplines through standards, tools, reporting, and workflows.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
