Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to steer the digital storefront’s commercial strategy, coordinating product content, navigation, search, and experiences to drive revenue and conversions.

You will lead a team, set roadmaps, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics, and continuously improve merchandising through testing and performance insights. The role blends storytelling with data to enhance customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital retail.
• Experience leading teams or functions.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen translating KPIs into revenue actions.
• Deep understanding of product curation, storytelling, navigation, and conversion.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Creative, Inventory/Planning, Analytics, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site merchandising strategy across full-price, launches, and promotions.
• Lead weekly and in-season trading using key metrics to set priorities.
• Lead product curation and storytelling across categories and launches.
• Set standards for the customer journey from homepage through PDPs to improve discoverability.
• Identify opportunities to improve category productivity through onsite experiences.
• Own the roadmap for navigation, PLPs, PDPs, onsite search, and recommendations.
• Identify friction points using behavioral data, feedback, and analytics.
• Build and prioritize a merchandising testing roadmap with Analytics, Digital Product, and Marketing.
• Drive ongoing improvements in sorting, badges, bundling, recommendations, and personalization.
