Job summary

PetMeds/PetCareRX is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Merchandising in Delray Beach, FL to own the content layer of the digital experience — messaging, content, and merchandising that drives site conversion from visit to purchase.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Analytics, and shape personalization, on-site search, and product recommendations to optimize performance across the funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 5–7 years in ecommerce/digital merchandising with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing onsite content/merchandising for high-volume ecommerce.
• Pet, health, or regulated retail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's roadmap and OKRs across messaging, content, merchandising and SEO to drive conversion and revenue.
• Translate priorities into content and conversion strategies across the site.
• Define merchandising plans aligned to promotions, launches, seasonality and inventory.
• Develop personalization approaches for one-to-one site experiences.
• Monitor site performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Analytics to align initiatives.
• Lead onsite execution of campaigns and content in support of calendars and goals.
• Oversee SEO/AEO strategy with the SEO specialist for search and discovery.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices for consistent site execution.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing content team.
