Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS/Information Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in medium-sized, fast-paced corporate environments.
• Ability to learn new concepts and work independently.
• Proven project leadership for small to medium projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and vendor management basics.
• Epic Verona certification or ability to obtain it within timeframe.
• Experience with Epic workflow design and integration with genomics workflows.
• Experience supporting clinical/genomics workflows and genomic testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and implementation of technology systems to meet business requirements.
• Define and implement strategic technology solutions across multiple initiatives.
• Modify and test applications, troubleshoot issues and deploy updates.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, laboratory and vendor teams on integrations.
• Evaluate enterprise applications and promote digital initiatives.
