Alaska Airlines is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead multiple product teams, formulating strategy and overseeing execution for E-commerce and digital products. The role requires senior leadership to set priorities and deliver tangible business value through technology-driven guest experiences.

You will partner with executives across Marketing, IT, and E-Commerce, leveraging data to drive decisions and ensuring alignment with corporate OKRs, with a focus on developing talent and shaping

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product or program management or equivalent aviation/travel industry experience.
• 4 years of leadership experience, with some direct people management.
• Experience in products and platform technology.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Creates vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alaska's digital platforms.
• Builds business cases and sets objectives for product managers and technical product managers.
• Leads team and establishes priorities for product teams to meet corporate OKRs.
• Partners with Marketing, IT and E-Commerce to build personalized guest experiences and drive goals.
• Leverages data with analysts to inform decisions and turn insights into outcomes.
• Shapesh long-term strategy (12+ month horizon) for product groups and annual/quarterly plans with KPIs.
• Develops people through performance management and mentoring to build talent.
• Shapes team culture and reinforces desired behaviors.
