Qualifications

• Proficiency with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple audiences.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Experience interacting with multiple divisions across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a vision for the product portfolio and keep it up to date.
• Prioritize a backlog aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for visibility and planning.
• Use product discovery to prototype ideas.
• Develop and refine product memories and criteria.
• Use story-mmapping to illustrate launches and incremental releases.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering during product development and user studies.
• Make key trade-off decisions with sound judgment.
• Engage with stakeholders and executives with clear, constructive messaging.
• Coordinate capabilities with agencies for seamless feature rollout.
• Interact with outside vendors for design, delivery and support of software/hardware products.
• Develop and review product improvement metrics to tune offerings.
• Provide daily support for the portfolio and respond to user feedback.
