Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Principal Mobile Product Manager to lead enterprise mobile strategy for Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines. You will influence senior leaders, shape multi-product roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes across digital channels.

You will guide investment choices, partner with engineering and design, and leverage data and user research to drive customer-centric mobile experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in digital product management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in product management, marketing, business, digital platforms, or related field; two years of additional experience can substitute the degree
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with cross-functional relationship building
• Ability to facilitate user group meetings and drive agendas for solutions
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodology
• SDLC knowledge
• Ability to interact with all management levels
• Experience managing multiple complex projects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Shape mobile product priorities and influence investment decisions
• Own mobile product investment recommendations with cost-benefit analysis

• Utilize data, research, and cost/benefit analyses to inform prioritization
