Experience with digital search and discovery products.
Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
Ability to facilitate user group meetings and drive consensus.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with moderate complexity.
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Create, communicate, and regularly update a vision and roadmap for the product portfolio.
Develop, prioritize, and maintain a cost-based backlog aligned to business goals.
Establish strategic roadmaps for visibility of work planned.
Apply product discovery to move from concept to prototype.
Capture user feedback and create acceptance criteria.
Use story mapping to inform release plans with incremental delivery.
Collaborate with UX and Engineering to prioritize and guide development, and engage in user research.
Make key trade-off decisions with sound judgment.
Communicate with senior executives and stakeholders professionally and clearly.
Coordinate new/modified features with relevant teams for seamless rollout.
Interact with external carriers to support software/hardware products.
Measure and report on key product metrics and potential service improvements.
Present portfolio updates and manage inquiry responses in Agile ceremonies.
Build partnerships with vendors to support operations and products.
