You will help organize CST meetings, manage study systems (eTMF, CTMS, SharePoint) and coordinate study plans, with responsibilities across cross-functional teams. Bachelor or higher in science/healthcare; 1+ year in clinical research; limited travel; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline (higher degree preferred).
• 1+ years of clinical research experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO.
• Knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP).

Responsibilities

• Supports the Global Clinical Study Manager with organization and logistics for cross-functional CST meetings.
• Sets up the study in systems such as eTMF and CTMS; maintains up-to-date study-level information.
• Ensures system access and user management across the study lifecycle; supports development of study plans.
• Ensures timely preparation of study newsletters and other correspondence related to study conduct.
• Supports TMF specialist with study-level TMF creation and QC per the TMF plan.
