Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 1 or more years of experience in clinical research within Biotech, Pharma or CRO industry.
• Knowledge of clinical study operations and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Global Clinical Study Manager with organization and logistics for cross-functional Clinical Study Team meetings.
• Maintains study-level systems (eTMF, CTMS, SharePoint) and ensures information is up to date.
• Assists in developing study plans and organizing investigator meetings under supervision.
• Supports data cleaning, TMF QC, and preparation of study communications.
• Collaborates with regional teams to align study goals with operations and budget.
