Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a seasoned Sage Intacct Senior Manager to lead Digital Business Systems Consulting. You will guide ERP design, implementation, and ongoing optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex client projects.

Lead multiple Sage Intacct deployments, drive business development, and manage budgets and timelines while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 10–15 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior level leader.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business development experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge: proficiency with financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting.
• ERP implementation experience (Sage Intacct required; experience with additional ERP systems a plus).
• Proven experience leading multiple Sage Intacct implementations from discovery, solution design, and configuration through go-live and ongoing client support.
• Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions to clients for various business-related tasks and analysis.
• Experience with project management, managing an implementation team, and evaluating processes.
• Ability to manage project budgets, change orders and timelines.
• Experience working with manufacturing processes and inventory structure.
• Knowledge of third-party applications that work with business applications and how to research application needs.
• Strong Excel working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Learn ERP systems and assist clients with system implementation and restructure projects.
• Oversee transactional flow analysis to correct errors and set up complex reporting requirements.
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects.
• Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Convert records for input into new systems.
• Consult with clients on best practices related to business processes.
• Review work performed by staff and provide sign-off on projects.
• Attend client and networking functions.
• Prepare scope of work for projects, proposals and client engagement letters.
• Support business development by identifying prospective clients and submitting proposals.
