Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Sage Intacct Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Senior Manager to lead client ERP initiatives. You will guide design, configuration, and go-live activities, working with clients to maximize efficiency and ROI.

In this leadership role, you’ll manage multiple Sage Intacct implementations, develop project plans, mentor staff, and drive business development while delivering exceptional client service and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
• 10-15 years relevant work experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior level leader
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Business development experience
• Strong accounting knowledge: financial statements, inventory, GL
• ERP implementation experience (Sage Intacct required)
• Proven experience leading Sage Intacct implementations from discovery to go-live
• Ability to think creatively to solve client problems
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory structures
• Knowledge of third‑party apps interfacing with business apps
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems and processes
• Prepare findings and analysis reports
• Learn ERP and third-party apps and assist with implementation
• Oversee transaction flow analysis and reporting setups
• Formulate project plan and timeline
• Manage ERP and restructuring projects
• Convert records for new systems
• Consult on best business processes
• Review staff work and sign off on projects
• Attend client and networking events
• Prepare scope of work, proposals, and engagement letters
• Lead business development and client relations
• Schedule department workflow and client billing
• Supervise staff and provide feedback
