Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 10-15 years relevant work experience
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Business development experience
• Strong accounting knowledge: proficiency with financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting
• ERP implementation experience across multiple ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Ability to lead, manage budgets, timelines and complex ERP projects
• Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory structure
• Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology)
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems
• Assist clients with system implementation and restructuring projects
• Oversee transactional flow analysis and complex reporting setup
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects
• Manage ERP and restructuring implementation projects
• Convert records for input into new systems
• Advise on best practices for business processes
• Review work and sign off on projects
• Attend client and networking functions
• Prepare scope of work, proposals and engagement letters
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Schedule department workflow, client billing and quality control
• Supervise staff and provide performance feedback
