Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager, Developer Platforms in the United States to own the end-to-end developer toolchain, governance of AI coding tools, and the platform that enables fast, secure software delivery across engineering teams. You will set standards for CI/CD, source control, and tool integrations, while building a cross-functional Developer Platforms team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, infrastructure or developer-productivity engineering, including experience leading people.
• Owned CI/CD and source control for a sizable engineering organisation and remained hands-on.
• Governed AI coding tools and implemented guardrails and compliance?

Responsibilities

• Own the developer toolchain, including source control, CI/CD, build and test infrastructure, development environments, and integrations with issue tracking and observability tools.
• Lead the adoption of AI coding agents and governance tools, designing access controls, logging and audit trails.
• Hire and lead the Developer Platforms team and track metrics like DORA and developer surveys.
