Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Developer Platforms to own the tooling and governance for how our engineers ship software. You will establish a compliant, scalable developer toolchain, CI/CD, and code quality standards across multiple engineering teams, while driving adoption of AI coding tools.

You'll report to the SVP of Corporate Engineering and build a Developer Platforms team as scope expands, balancing hands-on work with leadership, governance, and cross-functional partnerships with

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, infrastructure or developer-productivity engineering, including leadership roles.
Owned CI/CD and source control for a sizable engineering organisation and remained hands-on.
Goverened AI coding tools and built governance models for agentic tooling.

Responsibilities

Own the developer toolchain and CI/CD, including source control and build/test infra.
Define and enforce code review, testing and CI standards across engineering teams.
Lead adoption of AI coding agents and governance policies for agentic tools.
Build and lead the Developer Platforms team as the scope grows.
