Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager, Developer Platforms to own how our engineers ship software—the developer toolchain, CI/CD, code quality standards, AI coding tools, and the metrics that track them.

Based in the United States, you will report to the SVP of Corporate Engineering, build a Developer Platforms team, and establish governance and tooling from scratch. You will balance speed with security, auditability, and compliance across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform/DevOps/infrastructure or developer‑productivity engineering, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer toolchain including source control, CI/CD, build and test infra, and integrations with tracking/observability tools.
• Set code review, testing and CI standards across engineering and build the supporting infrastructure.
• Lead adoption and governance of AI coding agents and tooling, with security and audit guardrails.
