Amazon seeks a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to own Delivery Quality and Metric Readiness for Amazon Now's QC network. This leader drives post-dispatch outcomes and ensures the network has ready metrics and data-driven visibility from Day 1.

Qualifications

10+ years in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Learning, or related field.
8+ years owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience building measures, metrics, and reporting solutions.
Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics for decisions.
5+ years of managing and developing teams.
Experience owning large-scale cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Set the delivery quality bar across QC supply chain and own outcomes.
Lead a high-performing team of operational excellence, analytics, and data professionals.
Architect data-driven root-cause frameworks for post-dispatch defects.
Define metric readiness strategy and build data pipelines for scale.
Build dashboards and models for real-time visibility into performance.
Influence senior leadership with data-driven quality narratives.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Tech, Product, and Ops.
Translate VOC and data into prioritized actions with clear ownership.
Establish scalable operating cadences for the network.
Shape quality standards for new site launches and readiness.
