Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for Delivery Quality within NA Grocery Delivery. You will serve as the single-threaded liaison for upstream operations, aligning station, fulfillment, and last-mile processes to protect timeliness and order quality.

You will own KPIs across the end-to-end delivery pipeline, surface upstream gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement durable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience defining and implementing data-driven process improvements using metrics.
• Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a metrics framework linking upstream process performance to NA Grocery delivery outcomes.
• Serve as the delivery team's single-threaded POC for upstream operations partners.
• Build reporting and dashboards to monitor upstream process health and risks.
• Drive end-to-end deliverables from scoping through execution and ongoing performance tracking.
