Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Manager, Datacenter & Cloud Applications to lead a team driving the evolution of our infrastructure strategy. You’ll oversee day-to-day datacenter operations, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability while guiding the transition to AWS-native cloud engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 12+ years in cloud/infrastructure engineering and operations.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with AWS PaaS and transitioning from datacenter to cloud.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead datacenter operations to ensure stability, reliability, and performance across physical environments.
• Oversee hardware, network, compute, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering, Cloud, and Architecture teams to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Ensure security/compliance alignment with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Lead the evolution toward AWS-native cloud application engineering and drive automation.
