CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Self-Service Platform team. You will shape strategy, guide design and delivery of a self-service data toolset, and empower analytics teams with semantic data models and automated insights.

You will oversee production-grade software, mentor engineers, and align technical execution with business goals in a high-impact, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python).
• Strong communication for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack apps and API development (gRPC/REST).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Knowledge of event streaming platforms (Kafka) and data platforms (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
• Mentor and grow a team of software engineers.
• Coordinate planning, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Bridge engineering with product and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, observability, and robust architecture.
• Lead agile ceremonies and drive operational efficiency.
