Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Self-Service Platform, guiding the design, build, and delivery of a new internal data-access tool. You will shape technical strategy and mentor engineering teams to achieve production-grade outcomes.

You will drive collaboration across engineering, product, and analytics to modernize data access, enable decentralized ownership, ensure high-quality, observable systems, and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
Experience leading full-stack React/Python teams.
Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience with production-grade apps and API development (gRPC/REST).
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
Knowledge of Kafka and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
Mentor and grow a team of software engineers.
Coordinate project planning, resources, and delivery timelines.
Bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Ensure code quality, observability, and robust architecture.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and operational efficiency.
