Zeta Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics (individual contributor) for its ZX Activation division in Austin, TX. The role focuses on prescribing a performance-oriented analytics strategy to optimize client customer acquisition efforts.

You will partner with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, and Data Cloud teams to deliver actionable insights, supporting growth initiatives and prioritizing high-impact strategy work for a globally distributed

THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for a seasoned, external client-engaging Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics (individual contributor role) for its ZX Activation division.They will be responsible for prescribing a performance-oriented marketing and analytics strategy to achieve optimal performance in the client’s customer acquisition efforts.

This position will partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, and Data Cloud. You will support strategic growth initiatives by delivering actionable insights to helping clientsacquirenew customers.You willbenefitfrom a globally distributed Analytics team that provides essential support across data QA, reporting, and tool creation, allowing you to prioritize high-impact strategy work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership
  • Define and drive a clear analytics vision aligned to client engagement, media performance, and marketing measurement priorities.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by embedding analytics into strategic planning, campaign optimization, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead the development and execution of measurement frameworks tailored to each client’s objectives , ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Data & Analytics
  • Translate data into actionable insights by identifying performance drivers, resolving anomalies, and crafting compelling narratives that demonstrate media impact.
  • Establish andmaintainrobust testing frameworks that are statistically valid and operationally scalable.
  • Drive confidence and alignment by delivering actionable insights rooted in analytics, business strategy, and persuasive communication.
  • Provide business feedback as a key stakeholder in the development of standardized dashboards and advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics toidentifytrends, opportunities, and risks related to client behavior and retention.
• Marketing Measurement
  • Utilize advanced analytics to quantify marketing impact and ROI, and partner cross-functionally to diagnose and address performance irregularities.
  • Implement robust A/Band multivariatetesting and experimentation protocols tooptimizecampaigns and maximize impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, marketing measurement, campaign optimizations, with a strong focus on email marketing.
• Expertise inadvanced analytics tools and Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven experience designing and scaling experiments in a digital environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 depending on location and experience.
