Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management within the Data & Technology organization in Orlando. This role leads foundational data solutions and partners with Finance, architecture, and international teams to deliver real-time data products across Disney’s parks, resorts, and experiences.

You will guide multi-team PM efforts, shape product strategy, and drive adoption of innovative data technologies that enable trusted analytics and scalable experiences for guests

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in related work roles with progressively increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years in management or leading PM groups.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methods and modern product practices.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, dbt, AWS) and Finance/EPM domains.
• Proven ability to lead PM managers and drive product capability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting with fiscal accuracy and alignment.
• Lead multiple PM teams across a portfolio of high-visibility products.
• Define multi-year product vision and market positioning for strategic investments.
• Align product direction with enterprise strategy, goals, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Oversee platform architecture, integrations, and cross-company dependencies.
• Develop long-term roadmaps, prioritization, and resource allocation across teams.
• Establish KPI frameworks and measurement standards for the product org.
• Sponsor innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to gain competitive advantages.
• Shape analytics maturity and guide executive-facing storytelling and narratives.
