Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Data Products and Platforms in Florida. You will translate customer needs into a compelling product vision and roadmap, owning the platform-wide intake and prioritization process and balancing investments across foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align investments with organizational strategy, drive best practices in product management, and deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with scaled agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and product portfolio management.
• Experience writing PRDs.
• Experience in data platforms and strategy development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.
• Experience with technical and business users.
• Data-driven mindset with product metrics definition and tracking.
• Ability to balance priorities and make trade-offs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
• Understanding cloud-based data platforms and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for data products and platforms.
• Lead a high-performing team and meet intake/product requirement SLAs.
• Own portfolio prioritization across foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing of platform investments.
• Communicate roadmaps, status, and trade-offs to stakeholders at the portfolio level.
• Drive best practices for product management across DPP.
• Align product investments with organizational strategy.
