Job summary
Disney Experiences (DX) seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management within the Data & Technology organization in Orlando. This role leads Foundational Data Solutions, partnering with Finance, architecture, and international park stakeholders to deliver trusted, real-time data products across Disney’s parks, resorts, and experiences worldwide.
You will oversee multiple PM teams, define multi-year product vision, align with enterprise strategy, and guide platform architecture and analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- 5+ years of management experience in product management.
- Proven ability to define multi-year product vision and investment strategy.
- Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting across product areas.
- Lead multiple PM teams responsible for high-visibility products.
- Define multi-year product vision and market positioning.
- Align product direction with enterprise goals and shareholder outcomes.
- Oversee platform architecture, ecosystem integrations, and dependencies.
- Develop long-term roadmap planning and resource allocation.
- Establish KPI frameworks and measurement standards.
- Sponsor innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Shape analytics maturity and executive-ready narratives.
