The role requires guiding PM managers, defining multi-year product vision, and aligning with enterprise strategy while managing complex platform ecosystems at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Expertise with Scrum and Agile variants.
• Expertise with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, dbt, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting processes.
• Lead multiple Product Management teams and managers.
• Define multi-year product vision and investment strategy.
• Oversee complex platform architecture and cross-company dependencies.
• Develop long-term roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Establish rigorous research and KPI frameworks.
• Sponsor innovation initiatives and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
• Shape analytics maturity across the organization.
• Represent portfolios with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
