Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Data Products and Platforms to own the what and why of data platforms. You will translate internal needs into a clear vision and roadmap, and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and engineering teams.

You will prioritize intake, accelerate business value, and align roadmaps with OKRs. You’ll lead the DPP portfolio and drive best practices while influencing leadership on strategic investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience required.
• Experience with scaled agile practices and portfolio prioritization.
• Experience writing PRDs and shaping data platform roadmaps.
• Experience in data platforms, strategy development, and collaboration with tech teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the 'what' and 'why' behind data products and platform capabilities; translate customer needs into vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize intake and ensure roadmaps accelerate business value and align with OKRs.
• Create a high-performing team and meet intake and product requirement SLAs.
• Own platform-wide intake and prioritization across all teams.
• Manage the DPP portfolio, balancing foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing of investments.
• Own stakeholder communications at the portfolio level—roadmaps, status, trade-offs.
• Drive standards and best practices for product management across DPP.
• Partner with leadership to align product investments with organizational strategy.
