Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior leader to head the Assortment Optimization team within Assortment Services. You will drive macro and micro space analysis, coordinate with finance, and shape the tools used to optimize 110,000+ in-store planograms and Ecommerce fulfillment.

You will manage a multi-brand portfolio and lead cross-functional collaboration across finance, merchandising, and technology to deliver data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience leading teams to drive system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team across ADUSA for 1,500+ category reviews annually.
• Oversee funding and expense management for the Single Source program ($100M+ annual).
• Collaborate with Brand Finance & Merchandising leaders to hit financial targets.
• Lead the development and rollout of macro and micro space tools.
• Guide vendor relationships and implement space management updates across spaces.
