Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior leader to manage the Assortment Optimization team, driving analysis and recommendations across 1,500+ category reviews annually. You will oversee wareroom and Ecommerce space optimization and coordinate financials for the single source program with brand finance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in retail or technology-driven assortment, with a focus on continuous improvement and vendor partnerships

Qualifications

8+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
5+ Years demonstrated effectiveness leading people/teams.
History of driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, and performance.
Select systems knowledge: JDA / Blue Yonder space management, IRI / Circana.

Responsibilities

Lead the Assortment Optimization team in providing detailed analysis and assortment recommendations across 1,500+ category reviews.
Oversee optimization of assortment in wareroom and Ecommerce fulfillment centers.
Manage the funding for the Single Source assortment program and coordinate with brand finance teams.
Lead the development and implementation of guidelines for macro and micro space management.
