Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior leader to manage the Assortment Optimization team, overseeing 1,500+ category reviews annually and driving space optimization for in-store and ecommerce channels. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering improvements across large budgets.

You will collaborate with Brand Finance, Merchandising, and external partners to drive tool adoption and ensure financial targets are met for a $100M+ budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
8+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology roles.
5+ years leading people/teams.
Advanced Microsoft Office usage.
Experience driving system/process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead Assortment Optimization team across 1,500+ reviews annually.
Oversee wareroom and Ecommerce Fulfillment Center assortment optimization.
Manage Fair Share funding and financial projections ($100M+).
Drive development and implementation of new insight tools.
Lead space management system and process updates in brick & mortar and ecommerce.
