ADUSA Corporate Support is seeking a senior leader to manage the Assortment Optimization team, aligning macro and micro space strategies for 1,500+ annual category reviews across ADUSA brands. You will drive data-driven insights and collaborate with Brand Finance and Merchandising to achieve targets.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced analytics, and experience in space management tools, with a focus on continuous improvement across Brick & Mortar and Ecommerce platforms.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
• 4+ years related to advancing technology and business systems.
• 5+ Years demonstrated effectiveness leading people/teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office usage.
• History of driving the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team across 1,500+ category reviews annually.
• Manage the funding and budget of the $100,000,000+ Single Source assortment program.
• Develop and source future macro and micro space tools for ADUSA brands.
• Collaborate with brand finance teams to set targets and deliver reports.
• Oversee updates of space management systems for Brick & Mortar and E‑Commerce.
