Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics – Experimentation & Product Analytics to lead end-to-end experimentation, advanced product analytics, and measurement of digital initiatives.

You will build scalable frameworks, drive analytical rigor, and enable self-service analytics across the organization. You will partner with product, technology, data science, and analytics leaders to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of advanced analytics/experimentation experience including 2+ years of people management.
• Strong end-to-end experimentation expertise and statistical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
